Technical Assistant
This is a highly technical position for a computer expert with a love for film scores & music. No composers with basic technical understanding please. We need experience and deep knowledge in computer & networking, coding & programming. Please submit if you are fluent in several of these fields:
OS X command line
bash, rsync, cvs, OpenSSH, regular expressions, and other open source *nix tools
TCP/IP, DHCP, NAT, DNS
SAN, NAS
PHP, XHTML, CSS, HTML5, Javascript, maybe C++ or Objective C
Drupal, Wordpress, or other CMS
DVD, Blu-Ray authoring, audio codecs
Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro
Logic, Pro Tools, or other DAW
soldering iron, circuit boards
Ideally you have contributed to music related open source projects, studied computer sciences (with or without degree), and listen to Pirates of the Caribbean while you're pulling your coding all-nighters.
And we'd love you to be a team player and outgoing kind of guy, to fit into our family.
This is a paid full time position in Santa Monica.
Intern
Klaus and his team are accepting applications for internship positions in the following fields:

You must live near, or be willing to relocate to the Los Angeles/Santa Monica area and give a full-time commitment. The position is unpaid, and we are legally required for you to be enrolled in a academic institution that is providing you with school credit for the internship.
The technical internships require knowledge in:
Mac OS X
Setting up and troubleshooting a home network
Logic Pro
Pro Tools
Apple iWork/iLife suites
Studio etiquette and equipment including:
computers
type of connections
setup and tear-down
